Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

Cake:
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 stick butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz. Sour cream

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
3. Add sour cream and vanilla.
4. Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture.
5. Pour 1/2 batter into greased cake pan.
6. Pour 1/2 of the topping over the batter.
7. Pour remaining batter into pan.
8. Pour on remaining topping.
9. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
