Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

4oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered confectioners sugar (10x)
cup creamy peanut butter
cup milk
8 oz. whipped topping (cool whip)
1 9 graham cracker crust (regular or chocolate), baked & cooled; (or can buy made)
Optional for decorating: cup chopped peanuts, chocolate chips, whipped cream

Directions

  • Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy (with fork)
  • Mix in sugar and peanut butter
  • Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly into mixture
  • Fold whipped topping into mixture and pour into pie shell
  • Decorate top as desired (sprinkle with peanuts or chocolate chips)
  • Freeze until firm and serve; (best if frozen for several hours or overnight)
