Crab Cake


1/2 cup mayo
1 lg. egg, lightly beaten
1 Tbs dijon mustard
1 Tbs worcestershire
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 lb. Fresh lump crabmeat, drained
1 cup crushed saltines(about 20)
1 qt. Veg. Oil


Mix first five ingredients. Fold in crab and crackers. Make cakes and cover and chill for one hour. Fry in oil.
